Brussels workshop series: a forum for dialogue and showcasing experience
In which direction will European security research evolve? Which topics are most pressing for practitioners? What opportunities are there to further develop national research results within a European consortium? The German Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) provides a stage to discuss these questions with its annual workshop series in Brussels.
The annual workshops held in Brussels began as an effort to make German national security research more visible in Europe. However, the format has evolved into a forum for dialogue between various national and international stakeholders in academic, institutional and industrial research, ministries, practitioners and representatives of the European Commission and the European Parliament. In addition, institutions have the opportunity to present their expertise and showcase the latest results of their projects. Please come to the next workshop, contribute your expertise to the discussion and network with German and other international institutions!
